  • Never ride the bike under the influence of alcohol.

  • It is recommended that anyone using the bike has reviewed the user manual and is familiar with basic safety rules.

  • Adjust the handlebar stem to the correct position and secure it.
  • Set the saddle to an appropriate height.
  • Install the pedals according to their left/right orientation and tighten them firmly.

  • Fold the handlebar toward the right side of the front wheel.
  • Unlock the frame locking mechanism and fold the frame.
  • Push the pedals inward.

  • Turn the front wheel to the left and make sure no cables are pinched.
  • Damage to cables may negatively affect the bike’s control and safety.

  • To install: Open the frame, place the battery into its compartment, and secure it by turning the lock key.
  • To remove: Turn the key to the “release” position. Open the frame and remove the battery from its slot.

  • First connect the charger to the battery, then plug it into the power outlet.
  • The initial charge should last approximately 12 hours.
  • For longer battery life, a full discharge is recommended every 30–40 charge cycles.

  • Do not leave it in extremely hot or cold environments.
  • If storing for a long period, keep the battery at approximately 70% charge.
  • Do not leave the charger plugged into the socket unnecessarily.

  • Regularly check tire pressure.
  • Have the braking and drivetrain systems inspected at regular intervals.
  • Prevent electronic components from coming into contact with water.

  • Yes. MATE bikes are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Battery and electronic component processes are evaluated in line with the manufacturer’s standards.
